No one has ever been YOU in this exact body at this exact season of life ever before. And yet, millions of women have been through menopause (in all its forms and stages) for centuries before you. Your challenges and experiences are unique to you, and yet they are shared and known. 

We can't "control" menopause but we can take care of our bodies in new ways as their needs shift and change.

Working with me and using Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size principles, you can cultivate a relationship with your body that is based in dignity and respect. As you build a new framework for your relationship to food and your body you will learn to value both without being bound by either.
